Refund Policy

We want every paid customer to feel they got their money's worth. This Refund Policy describes when and how to claim a refund.

1. The 7-day window

We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund on the most recent subscription charge or top-up.

The window starts on the date of charge. You can request a refund at any point within those 7 days.

2. Eligibility

Subscription charges: refundable in full within 7 days of the charge.

Top-ups: refundable in full within 7 days of purchase, provided no credit from that top-up has been consumed.

Consumed credit: not refundable individually. If you've used credit, the unused portion (pro-rated) is what's eligible.

Plans paid annually are eligible for the same 7-day window after each annual renewal.

3. How to request

Email billing@ai-detectors.io with your account email and the charge ID (visible in /dashboard/billing).

We respond within one business day. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and arrive in 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

4. Processing time

Stripe processes refunds in 5-10 business days. We can't speed that up - it's bank-side.

International cards may take longer. If you don't see the refund after 14 days, email us and we'll trace it.

5. Disputes

Please email us before raising a chargeback. Chargebacks are slow and stressful for both sides - we'll resolve faster directly.

We may dispute frivolous chargebacks with documentation.
