This Acceptable Use Policy ('AUP') describes activities that are not allowed on ai-detectors.io. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
1. Prohibited content
Illegal content under the laws of the United States or your jurisdiction.
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) - reported immediately to NCMEC and law enforcement.
Content that incites violence or harassment of identifiable individuals or groups.
Content uploaded without the owner's consent for the purpose of doxxing or harassment.
2. Prohibited conduct
Reverse engineering, scraping or attempting to extract our detection models.
Reselling the Service without a written agreement.
Using the Service to evade detection - e.g. as part of a humaniser pipeline. We're a verdict tool, not an evasion tool.
Sharing accounts across multiple users (each user needs their own account).
Automating without API access. The Business plan includes API; lower tiers do not.
Probing security or attempting unauthorised access. Report vulnerabilities to security@ai-detectors.io instead.
3. Reporting abuse
Report violations to abuse@ai-detectors.io with as much context as possible.
We triage every report within one business day.
4. Enforcement
First offence (most cases): warning and 24 hours to remediate.
Repeat offences or severe violations: account suspension or termination, no refund.
Where required, we report to law enforcement.
