Questions on billing?
Every plan gives you a pool of credit you can spend on any model. Text scans cost $0.01 per 1,000 words, image scans $0.03 each, audio $0.05 per minute and video $0.10 per minute. There are no per-modality caps to juggle - one balance, every model.
Top-up packs let you add credit any time without changing plans. Pay $5 to get $5, $10 to get $11, $25 to get $30, or $50 to get $62 - the more you top up, the bigger the bonus. Free users see the upgrade prompt instead of top-up.
Refund the most recent subscription charge or top-up within 7 days, no questions asked. Email billing@ai-detectors.io. Consumed credit is not refundable individually.
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the next renewal - you keep access until the end of the current billing period and your scan history is preserved forever.
Yes. The new tier kicks in at the next renewal so you don't lose paid-for credit mid-cycle.
Annual billing is 50% off every paid plan. Annual is the default selection on /pricing and inside the dashboard plans page.
Prices are exclusive of VAT and applicable sales tax. The checkout calculates and adds tax based on your billing address.
Verified .edu accounts get free Pro. Institutions get 50% off Business. Email education@ai-detectors.io with your domain.
